After 10 years in the hospitality industry, Tasman has a passion for the culinary arts and can make even the most basic foods into delectable dishes.
During the COVID pandemic, Tas discussed the idea of not only running a catering business, but doing it all from a transportable kitchen. And then he decided to make it a reality... 12 months of blood, sweat and tears went into turning a shipping container into a fully equipped, mobile, commercial kitchen.
